Meet the team
An Orange County native and graduate of California State University at Fullerton, Andrew holds dual degrees in accounting and information systems.
After graduating from college, Andrew started out his career working in the tax department of a large Fortune 1000 corporation, tax work and complex tax structures.
Before starting the firm, he served as the primary tax advisor for BCBG MAX AZRIA GROUP, Inc. a $1.2 billion dollar global fashion powerhouse.
Andrew holds an active CPA license (number 98497) and is currently a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), California Society of Public Accountants (CalCPA), and various local business chambers.
Eric joined our firm in 2014 and has proven himself to be an indispensable part of our team since.
In the short time he has been with this firm, Eric has demonstrated his value by quickly learning and understanding various accounting concepts.
Through his hard work and willingness to learn, his responsibilities quickly rose from bookkeeping to preparing individual and corporate tax returns. Having a background in art, Eric brings a refreshing new perspective to this team.
Understanding the importance of being certified, Eric registered as a tax preparer through the California Tax Education Council (CTEC) and is an Enrolled Agent (EA).
In his free time, Eric likes to play the guitar and paint. His other hobbies include food, photography, fashion, philosophy, and fitness.
Allen has been an associate of the firm since its inception and currently holds an active CPA license (number 123721).
Knowing financial health was important, he completed his CPA designation right after graduating college with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from California State University at Long Beach. Working closely with specialty CPAs and attorneys, he has learned to help clients meet demands of ever changing tax laws.
Allen also specializes in accounting for businesses, probate and trust, and tax preparation for individuals and corporations.
He believes that a great relationship with a CPA is more than business; it leads to financial stability, strong financial health, and a successful life.
His hobbies include automobile repair, camping, and spending time with his dog Tofu.

Attorney Hoang Ngo is an experienced civil litigator having successfully taken numerous personal injury and civic cases to trial.
Mr. Ngo has a wealth of experience in general civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury matters having being an in-house trial attorney for Allstate Insurance Company for many years in the past prior to going out on his own.
Mr. Ngo currently practices in the areas of civil litigation, business litigation, personal injury, family law, bankruptcy, unlawful detainers, and criminal law; primarily serving his clients in Orange County and therefore has extensively appeared all throughout Orange County Superior Courthouses and is familiar with their local rules and department rules.
Mr. Ngo graduated from Whittier Law School in May 2006 and immediately became a member of the California Bar in December 2006. Prior to attending law school Mr. Ngo attended University of California, Irvine (UCI) and received his Bachelors of Arts in Political Science.
Dylan joined our firm in 2017 with an inspiration of becoming an accountant. Since then, he has proven his value through dedication, willpower, and working expeditiously.
After obtaining his degree in Business Administration at Orange Coast College, Dylan transferred to California State University, Long Beach where he then graduated in December 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
He is now on track in pursing his CPA license while still working diligently with our firm and playing a vital role as a staff accountant. Dylan was also a student athlete. Not only did he swim at Orange Coast College, but he was a rower at Long Beach State where he competed on a national level.
In his spare time, Dylan loves to surf every morning. In addition, he loves to play the guitar, work with his car, and work as an ocean lifeguard with the city of Newport Beach.
Cuong graduated from Cal Poly Pomona and holds a bachelors degree in Accounting. Currently a CPA candidate, he is passionate about pursuing tax loopholes and creative accounting techniques. Outside of professional aspirations, he enjoys playing soccer, traveling to new destinations, and discovering new restaurants.
Vicky graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of California Riverside. Currently managing bookkeeping, she is dedicated to pursuing her CPA license. Outside of the office, Vicky enjoys simple life pleasures, such as exploring new restaurants and watching Netflix. Her enthusiasm for both her career and personal interests makes her a well-rounded and engaging individual.
Daniel is a graduate from Cal State Long Beach, with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. In addition to managing the bookkeeping process, he is currently pursuing his certifications for cyber security which developed an interest in while studying computer science in college. Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling, exploring new foods, building model kits, and working on computers.
Breanna attended Santa Ana Community College and has experience from the insurance, industrial services, and retail industries.
She has a daughter and lives with her husband in Orange.
