An Orange County native and graduate of California State University at Fullerton, Andrew holds dual degrees in accounting and information systems. Ever since he was a teenager, his hard work ethic showed early and he always had a job – even before he could even drive a car. From flipping hamburgers at the local McDonald’s to stuffing envelopes in the corporate mailroom, no job was ever too good for him as he believed the chance do any type of work was an opportunity.
After graduating from college, Andrew started out his career working in the tax department of a large Fortune 1000 corporation, after three years he felt the need to work in a more entrepreneurial environment and spent the next eight years working for Haskell & White, a large CPA firm specializing in sophisticated tax work and complex tax structures. Before starting the firm, he served as the primary tax advisor for BCBG MAX AZRIA GROUP, Inc. a $1.2 billion dollar global fashion powerhouse.
Andrew holds an active CPA license (number 98497) and is currently a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), California Society of Public Accountants (CalCPA), and various local business chambers. In his spare time, Andrew is a frequent traveler and enjoys the outdoors, he also speaks Vietnamese and French.
Allen has been an associate of the firm since its inception and currently holds an active CPA license (number 123721). Knowing financial health was important, he completed his CPA designation right after graduating college with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from California State University at Long Beach. Working closely with specialty CPAs and attorneys, he has learned to help clients meet demands of ever changing tax laws. Allen also specializes in accounting for businesses, probate and trust, and tax preparation for individuals and corporations. He believes that a great relationship with a CPA is more than business; it leads to financial stability, strong financial health, and a successful life. His hobbies include automobile repair, camping, and spending time with his dog Tofu.
Eric joined our firm in 2014 and has proven himself to be an indispensable part of our team since. In the short time he has been with this firm, Eric has demonstrated his value by quickly learning and understanding various accounting concepts. Through his hard work and willingness to learn, his responsibilities quickly rose from bookkeeping to preparing individual and corporate tax returns. Having a background in art, Eric brings a refreshing new perspective to the team. Understanding the importance of being accredited, Eric registered as a tax preparer through the California Tax Education Council (CTEC) and is an Enrolled Agent (number 125540).
In his free time, Eric likes to play the guitar and paint. His other hobbies include food, photography, fashion, philosophy, and fitness.
Attorney Hoang Ngo is an experienced civil litigator having successfully taken numerous personal injury and civic cases to trial. Mr. Ngo has a wealth of experience in general civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury matters having being an in-house trial attorney for Allstate Insurance Company for many years in the past prior to going out on his own.
Mr. Ngo currently practices in the areas of civil litigation, business litigation, personal injury, family law, bankruptcy, unlawful detainers, and criminal law; primarily serving his clients in Orange County and therefore has extensively appeared all throughout Orange County Superior Courthouses and is familiar with their local rules and department rules. Mr. Ngo graduated from Whittier Law School in May 2006 and immediately became a member of the California Bar in December 2006. Prior to attending law school Mr. Ngo attended University of California, Irvine (UCI) and received his Bachelors of Arts in Political Science.
